Payment Options - Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Diners Club and JCB. A handling fee of 3% is applied to all credit card charges. You can choose between paying by your credit card online (via paypal system) or filling out a special form to pay offline. The credit cardholders authorization form should be filled out with your credit card information, billing address, the amount to be charged, signed and sent by fax to one of our offices. After the amount is charged, we shall confirm the payment with a receipt and/or invoice.
Payment Options - Bank Transfer
You may pay by bank transfer in US dollars directly onto our bank account. After you make your order, your personal travel manager will send you the bank details and detailed instructions on how to make the transfer.
Payment Options - Cheque to our American office
You may send a cheque to our American office to confirm your reservation. Your order will be processed after we verify the cheque and charge the correspondent amount. For our US office location, please see the Contacts section or contact your personal travel manager.
Payment Options - Cash in Moscow
All tours are booked on prepaid basis! It is only possible to pay in cash if you have a representative who can make the payment on your behalf. We have offices in Moscow, Rome, and San Francisco where the payment can be done. For information on our addresses please see the Contacts section.

If the above methods are inconvenient,your personal travel manager will be happy to advise you another payment method optimal for your situation.
